Well I am thrilled to say that my dad got his modified wrapped up & ready for the Turkey Rod Run. He just got the interior done. We got the grille shell & headlights on it, wired them and took a drive! It was last night about 2am, and it was FREEZING(for florida people:D), but we took it for a nice drive. It was so great to finally see it on the road. My dad was nice enough to let me drive too, and it was a rush.

The car drove just great. I am VERY excited for my dad, he has been without a finished hot rod for a long while now. He worked really hard on this, and I am so happy to see all that pay off into a great car he built.

We still have to wrap up some finishing details on me brothers t-bucket, but we should be able to put the final thrash on it so they will both go to the turkey rod run.

Here's some outside pics of my dads car:

If I built "T" I would be proud for it to turn out like your Dad's, but alas I have size 13EEE feet.

Haha, it's actually not as tight down there as it looks. I knew a girl like that once:eek:
It is easier to two-foot it, but I was suprised that is was really not bad at all. Thanks Tman

I do have some I will dig up, I'll send some your way soon, I'll pm them

That car just screams CLEAN to me. I can't put my finger on it exactly but everything just seems to be neat and in the proper place. Well done, have fun with it.

  16. I would call that one of the best looking cars on the HAMB in a long time.

Dan,Been following both the builds for over a year now on other forums. You guys kick some serious *** in short time.I take it the push rods you just got must have worked out in your brothers car.I hope you guys all make it to your run down in FLA.

Now its time to see whats goin on with the RPU and the 39 Dodge.

    Best of luck

I found this picture of my dad, as you can see his feet fit there just fine:D Thanks a ton for the greatest compliment too Tman, I am really proud of what he did
    [IMG]

I gotta dig some up beet. He took about 1,236,755 pictures during the build

Hey thanks a ton! Actually the pushrods are tomorrows project on my brothers t for him. Hopefully a simple fix.... We should be ok for the run, it is a little tight, but we are almost there.

I wish that I had some good news about the rpu. Right now I am pretty much the loser of the bunch:eek:

    Dan,

Your dad's T looks great. The interior color is a nice compliment to the copper color used on the rims and engine. I can't wait to see your RPU finished and sitting next to your dad's and brothers cars. Keep up the good work!

  23. clean, simple. definately would like to see some suspension detail shots.

Alot of people on the HAMB throw around the words "stance" and "proportions".

This car defiantly has both. Killer.
