    Can they be used on radials?

    do a searce i remember reading something about this. and I think that they move and dont stay inplace.
     
  3. Search the tec. posts, there's some good info about making www radials out of skinny ww radials. Work a lot better than Port o Walls

    Radials "squat" more at the sidewall.
    At speed the M&M WW pooches out away from the tire and lets the air under it, then Insta-Frizbee.

    Sometimes they keep the bead from seating so you have to run tubes.

    In the long run, they will cost you more than just breaking out the wallet and buying the real thing.

    I didn't listen to good advice and I ran porta's on my radials for my '60 Fury this past summer. Looked good for about 2K miles but eventually one of them "frizbee'd" off the car and now it looks like ****. There's better ways to get whitewalls.
