porting and polishing

    On my 302 heads i want to port and polish the heads. Does anybody have any tips on this? Also looking for speed parts for a 68 302 if anybody has anything for sale. Thanks Nate

    ship them to Ed Hale over here in san diego. he does bitchin work. [​IMG] but if you are gonna do it yourself, practice on a set of scrap heads first.

    Don't know much about ohv Ford motors, but if the 302 relates to the 351W, I have some pictures of a job I did with the capable tutoring of "pigiron" several months ago. Pigiron knows his stuff for sure. The headwork was successful and problem-free thanks to his guidance.

    Let me know if there is sufficient similarity in the heads to be of benefit to you and I'll post the pictures. For starters, here's a before/after comparison of the exhaust ports.
