In those drawings of Posies C-Dan project, you'll see that it has lightening holes in the visor. I think those are the ones I sold on E bay. I'm making a killing selling used lightening holes. Mine look just like his.

  2. It was 1 degree when I rolled from my house at 5am. I'm glad it warmed up to about 15 degrees by the time we got to Posie's. Clark, Dustin & Sumo... you guys need t-shirts that read "I Survived the East Coast Reliability Run".

Okay. We know who belongs to the Poncho. There's 46Mopar behind it. Which one of us is the Party Wagon?

  3. The wagon belongs to Motor Mikey's dad. It used to be mine. Great little car.
    How was the trip home?

......that's Dustin's '23 in front of the wagon and Clark's rp/u is just in front of that (out of view) RIGHT in front of the door!! "Posie" put on his jacket and came out and took photos.......He was stoked! That's him on the left in the black leather jacket....

  5. Clark- The ride home was fine. It was beginning to become another looong day for me and the Pontiac this week, so things were quiet on the ride back. Louie (aka LA32) was all talked out and I had just about run out of things to say (if you can imagine that). [IMG] The poor guy had to listen to my jazz fusion collection for quite a few miles, sorry Louie. Glad you're still alive, Clark. That was one brutal day.

SkateFink- that last shot of yours shows all 4 HAMB cars and 1 ******** guest. I think it is also 90% of the cars older than 1980 to be at his "open house".

Once again- a HUGE THANKS to Terry for his "OPEN HOUSE". There was some really neat stuff to ogle over, and real good food to put a dent in. Much appreciated, sir.

...I hear you Bill. I guess that's the big difference between you "Hot Rodders" and those "Street Rodders." Tralers aren't heated......

I bet Ken will think of the people that drove thier cars out in 1 deg. weather when he's driving that C-Dan project across country. No way a little weather can stop you after seeing that. Clark is a true inspiration for crazy people everywhere.. [IMG]

Sorry I couldn't make it, but duty called. Regarding that shot of the channeled duece pickup at Terry's shop taken by Nitrofc, that's Jeff from the hambs truck. The truck was found overgrown by weeds in a remote spot of the city dump where it was given to Jeff's brother for free, as was the grille taken from a truck out in Lancaster. I give him credit for actually doing what a lot of us only talk about. Building a rod from scratch using free or junkyard parts. It's not cobbled together, but progressing as time and money progress. Props to my homie.

Thanks to all the Hamber guys who supported our open house and ate the free food. Thanks for the "Posie" doughnuts (what does day old on the box mean?} The 58 Dodge wagon is my wifes car. Would have cleaned it if we had known you were taking pics. In the process of getting it as low as possible. Don't forget to come next year and please introduce yourselves. We will have more old school stuff again cause we like it. Terry & Terrence

  12. Terry, again I wish to extend a sincere "Thank You" to you and your whole team. I enjoyed the warm hospitality )keyword WARM). The grub was above and beyond, and certainly hit the spot. I really dug the sprint car brake setup on the RPU.

You looked pretty busy and everybody wanted a piece of your time at the open house. I will make it a point to introduce myself next time. In fact, should I p*** by and see the door open, I'll stop in for 3min.

I don't know why this post is called the Posie's Open House- I thought it was the East Coast MidWinter Reliability Run! [IMG]

.......Bil.....sure didn't mean to slight Terry. I made it as far as the parking lot across the street from Terry's place and my dear bride started.."....I should have stayed home.....you're not with ME, you're with THEM!" Yea?? What's your point?? Sooooooo, I took her home and missed the rest of the day. Married 22 years...learned my lesson yet?? DUH! Sorry Terry......YOUR shop was the highlight last year and it sounuds like it was again this year.
