Hey, I bought some brake parts from 2 different HAMBers. They responded to a wanted ad I had placed here on the HAMB. I bought the parts the last week of January one deal by PayPal (instant payment) one buy USPS. I have given them slack and have been patient, I understand for a while there the mid-west was snow bound, and mistakes can be made in printing out shipping labels, people have lives to live etc.
What do I do now? Cry? get angry? Is there anyway the HAMB can help get these guys to ship the parts or refund the money?
I'm possibly just screwed out of over $300

Thanks if you have any suggestions. There usernames and real names have been withheld here but can be shared via pm

notify pay pal of non reciept -
check to see if cashiers check has been cashed, notify postal service of non reciept- that can be a case of mail fraud.. notify payee's (preferably in WRITING return recipt request) requesting shipping and tracking information or prompt refunds or you will turn the situation over to the proper authorities for disposition..especially the case of mail fraud- thats a federal offence.. as long as you think you have given it sufficent time to have rectify itself
