Hey Fordnutz, I REALLY like that tub, man. It reminds me of Grabowski's tub.

 

An old picture of my '51 Chevy.
It's wedged into a narrow driveway, minus some wires right now.
I'll take some new ones as soon as it's moving again.

Thanks Sancho. My tub was inspired by one I saw in the Beach Party movie with Frankie and Annette when I was around 13. Same era though. Early 60's. It was also inspired by John Monteiro's tub and the 4-banger was a Bo Jones inspiration. Norm's tub became the My Mother the Car television car. I think they called it a Porter. Nutz.

 

I'm always humbled to see everyone else's cars and projects on this board. The world's best rods and customs right here on the hamb.

Still the same car I've had for 3 months now. I dunno, maybe I should be thinking about something different.
A '49/'50 chopped Merc might be cool.
It's been rumored I also own a '50 Chevy 2dr that's secretly being altered and modified in some remote warehouse somewhere in rural Michigan. I want to state, for the record, that is absolutely false.

You guys are most likely getting tired of seeing my coupe on here. How about a couple of pics of my next project? It's a '30 Model A Roadster. I bought it from the son of the original owner. The car has been sitting, UNTOUCHED, behind his Grandma's house since 1951. The original owner had hot rodded it a bit when he was in the service durring ww2. It's got a laid back / cut down windshield & chopped top (complete with side curtains). I'm going to put a flathead Merc in it and loose the fenders....
