    Wow! Great ideas! Keep 'em coming. I like the glass bottles because you can see thru them, but I wonder how the tech inspectors at the strip would take that-I do plan to do some drag racing (even though I don't expect to win any trophies at either the races or any shows (this car is driver quality by design). I also like the fire extinguisher bracket to allow easy removal for servicing. I might have to try it out.....

    I'm also thinking about an old Marvel Mystery Oil can....

    In order to use it as recovery tank, should the bottle be sealed (like air-tight) or vented?

    I have a similar small car pyrene extinguisher in chrome. Would really love to use it but cannot figure out how to get the interior pump parts/pieces out.

    I made ends for a piece of aluminum electrical condiut and had them welded on. The inlet is a siphon tube and the bottom has a petcock drain. I also made one for my Henry J that isn't painted but is lathe turned.
