Hot Rods Post your first ride of the season.

Heres a few pics of the roadster today, first time out with the new wheels and tires.
I was able to get out and put about 60 miles on. Checked out a family friends 5 window project. Little chilly at the start but warmed up pretty decent.
I was anxious to see how the bias plys and cheater slicks ride. It goes down the road nice, a little stiffer, but not bad at all.

Another six inches of snow today. We won't be out cruising for a little bit yet.

I went for a spin on Friday night with some friends.

 

I gotta get a ride in that. Permagrin

 

first ride was an hour trip in the traffic/rain/snow into boston for the world of wheels.

the ride home sunday nite was muuuuch more enjoyable.

 

I was in Portland Maine last week. I was surprised it was still "cool" and heard later in the week you were going to get some*****py weather. great pics.

 

we did. Roads are clear again though and I got to take the boss' '35 Packard out today.

 

Yup, had my 37 out the other day, put 50-60 miles on it. Felt great after a too-long winter.

 

I goy my 39 out yesterday 4more to go two are ready two have to be put back together

 

She is in witness protection and doesn't like her picture taken..............................

 

My little spring outing pales in comparison to the cool threads on road tripping to the round-up.
