    If you have posted a photo on Tripod, it looks like they don't allow "hot-linking", which is displaying the photo on a page that is not on Tripod. Does your ISP offer webspace? I'm on Earthlink and I can "hot-link" photos from my Earthlink webspace. Others here use Star Point, or whatever it is. I saw a link to it in your other post.

    With Adobe PhotoShop 7.0 I can get a pic under the file size limit.
