Does anybody know a site that will host a video so I will have a URL , so I can post it on this site? I've tries photbucket and Fotki. Neither work because it's the wrong format.

Is it posible to change the format?

Damn.....that's what I figured.......I need to work on my spelling too!

I've got an awesome video of a flamethrower from the Cumberland Run last night. I'll e-mail it to somebody if they'll post it on their website. Then we can link to it.

Who's your ISP? A lot of ISP's provide some personal webspace just for being with them. You might check on that.

It can be done from anywhere that allows you to host files. Some free web hosting providers will allow it.

You also need to prepare your video for the web.

This is called video encoding, you need to reformat the raw video to another file type, like quicktime, flash 7, real media, or windows media.

So lets say your using a windows media file.

Create it on your system using window media encoder or windows movie makers.

Then upload the video file to your webhosting provider.

Then you link directly to the video.

This is the most basic and easiest way to display a video.

you can also set video to stream, that way you can watch the video while it is downloading.

    Hope that helps.

    I use http://www.putfile.com/

It's easy and works like the imageshack website I built the tutorial around.

    Easy easy easy......
