Posting to classifieds from app

I have posted to the classifieds from my Android phone app before but I tried today and the little pencil icon at the top of the page that you click on to post no longer appears in any of the classifieds forums. It's still there for all of the other forums including this one obviously. So what's up?

From what I have recently read you can't post to the classifieds using the app,you have to use a PC. HRP
