I am so tired of these guys that welcome everyone..over and over... until they reach a certain status ...and they become (in their minds) a sort of moderator..I usualy greet new people from my state of North Carolina.. or occasionally, if theres something unusual..I will post a reply out of state..does this bother you, or am I just getting old and irratible..d32
.........Sorry you feel that way.......tell you the truth....I was greeting people long before I became a member of H.A.M.B......I think its kinda nice to welcome new members......most people feel that somebody cares........maybe thats why (Ryan) set up the intro page
Wow.. I've met some Kool People on the HAMB that I normally would have never ran into.. So I guess I'll keep welcoming them when I'm On here and maybe meet a few more..
i give a **** about post count. i recognize the name of long time hambers. as far as i'm concerned, anybody who joined after me is a fng.
I don't understand why you would care... at all... no one else really does. Post count doesn't mean anything.
I check the intros if i see someone from Australia, or i might say Hi to someone i already know that joined, but i think it becomes a problem when people just sit on there and "welcome" every single person that does an intro. Regardless of whether they get the hamb or not. Someone will join with a car or an ideology that just doesn't fit in here and then get 20 welcomes from other people that have also just joined that week that don't get it either.
Welcome to the page...I'm learning a lot of good stuff here...never been a staionary target before...d32
