So- Here's my brain fart, especially since I do this all day for a living(go easy and read first)! I have a new MC,dual resivior that I have installed on my Merc. It does not have a larger resivior in the front, both front and back are equal=meaning split down the middle. The top for the bleeder has but one fitting and will supply one end or the other. So in my ignorance, which side should the pressure be on-the front or the back? DUH! I can just switch the top and do it again=either side. I will ***ume front, and I know what ***uming means.and i'm already an ***,so nothing to loose. it's a 50/50. i'm getting ready right now,and want to check the consensus...and I already bench blead the master.
It's hard to remember stuff like this, don't ask me what happened last week!
    Thanks-Kid

It should not make any difference. Does the gasket on the master cylinder cover seal the separation in the master cylinder? If not you will be pressurizing both chambers of the master cylinder, still no difference. I usually bleed the fartherest wheel working to the closest.
