power glide won't kick down

linkage is adjusted correctly. shifts from first to second in about 10 ft. manually shifts ok. line pressure appears to be ok. recently installed a b&m shift kit. did something not get hooked up correctly?

 

Does it downshift on it's own when slowing down? Which set up did you go with, the street and strip or the full race?
