I have a 31 Model A Tudor. Would like to add power windows to the front only. Any recommendations of which brand or full kit best fits?

    Thanks

All though its not a thing I would do,I don't see why you could not just find a set up out of a junk car that could be used with some small mods for near nothing vs a kit of some type. Well just a idea!

Thanks. With the flat gl***, a kit would be easier and already have wire and the switches. Just curious what other Model A guys have done, if at all.

Depending on your budget, I recommend this firm highly. They use the OEM regulators, too. Gary

I can't remember who makes it, but there is a kit where you can use your stock model a handle, and it controls the window switch. That way it looks stock, but is full power window

Back in the earl 70's I bought a Model A pickup that was missing the window regulators so I used the power window regulators from the Chevy Caprice I pulled the engine and transmission from.

It's not traditional but worked slick as a whistle.

    Pretty easy modification. HRP

Auto-loc makes a switch kit that does that. I have in my 40 Ford. but you still need regulator/motor, I think I got mine thru Vintage Gl***. I had a body shop do mine. only bad thing with the switches was they seemed sticky & didn't want to spring return. so I took the cover off & lubed it with anti-seize lube. my handles had to mount vertically to prevent the weight of them holding the switch open.

I used the motor and mechanism from a 90's Honda Civic. Very compact. Used a double pole switch on the door handle.

I used early '60's Lincoln motors/switches. Mt. forward at base of door, w/a vert. link up to window
    riser arm. Quite simple actually.
