What I did on my 49 ford was used 68 lincoln power window motor an brackets,put the riser bushing in the window channel an adjusted it to work an bolted it to my door panel, on my 57 I used the original brackets took regulator off an took 97 t bird motor a cut the part where the motor went an welded it to the 57 bracket.
