NASCAR TOYOTA SUCKS , BUT I SUPPORT MY LOCAL NAPA. (my ole lady's brother works there) DAMN , HE IS SMART & PARTS ARE CHEAP. AND I TELL HIS BOSS ALL THE TIME HOW NICE HE IS.
I have found most NAPA employees pride them selfs in doing a great job. I wish I could say that for the other parts store in my area.
Napa...they don't need no stinking computers...but it speeds up the process. I've always had good experiences with them. Vatozone and the others need to have the year car in order to look anything up...like that really helps what we're doing right?
I am glad you got good service. To often, people do get treated like shit, get wrong parts, or get ignored at stores. Just the other day I was told at Auto Zone that I was no longer allowed to ask for parts on a car that is 1970 and older. I told the attendant off, dropped all my stuff on the counter, and left.
