Projects Pre-tax time hunting

I'm pretty much always on the hunt for new projects, but the end of the year and the desire for Christmas cash always brings out the real dregs... nothing better than seeing a picture of an engine bay filled with leaves and acorns, and described as "needs a little work"!! Nonexistent floorboards, missing doors, "bill of sale"... the real killer is the sliced radiator hoses telling you that they harvested the radiators from the cars a good twenty years ago when copper was up... and, invariably, those particular ones run well into the hundreds to replace
