Predator carb?

    I know a guy who has one on a chevy luv that he used to race in the 80's, he swears by it, the car is parked now but he starts it up a few times a year and it always starts right up and runs great, I think it looks like a tall kleenex box

    So when were these Carbs used?

    Early '70s? Late70s?

    Or later than that?


    From what I understand, they are a constant vacuum Carb.
    So that could make them work good with a Blower or a Draw Through Turbo setup...

    I seem to remember them mostly 80's - 90's. I believe they still make them.

    i ran apair on a blown 350 chev once i got the alum plates to seal they ran great. with a blown mtr its pulling air in the throttle blades and its a 4x4 " hole so tough to seal.1984 pro street scene
