No one was injured. Lets just say that it was being moved without my knowledge, and fell off a trailer at 60mph, cartwheeling 4 times down the freeway
I found a Prefect in the bush up here last week.Body is tough so I cut the windshield frame out of it. Sue me.....
this thread has me thinkin' again... the ford prefect i posted about last month is still for sale and i just found a fuel injected 4 cyl with about 350-400 hp. the engine was originally in an S10 truck and ran high 11's. anyone else think this would be a cool set-up??? with minor modifications compared to stuffing a small block in there, plus with the 8000 redline of the 4 cyl, imo...this would be different and badass
The Hurst gasser passer got it's top chopped back in the late 60's-early 70's. It ran for a few years as the gold getter. It was repainted black with flames by another owner and ran unsuccessfully for a year or two. It sits today in a garage in Erie Pa. where it has been for at least thirty years.
Cool cars. The yellow cars ia an austin devon right? As for LL morris bodies, theres a complete car available for £600 but shipping to the US may be costly!
That's the Surfers Paradise track, I used to love that place. Remember that car. There were lots of Holden I6 powered gassers then.
