Pressure plate bolt circle?

Anyone know the bolt circle diameter of a 40 Ford 9" pressure plate? I need to redrill another flywheel to use the 40 clutch, and my machinist wants to get it right.

went out and measured one for ya...looks like 10 3/8 bolt circle, 2 7/8 between bolt holes on each ear and 7 3/16 between holes from one ear to next
