Event Coverage PRETTY STUFF I SAW YESTERDAY

Pretty lack of taste to put a visor on a Nomad. Just my opinion. Yours may differ.

 

Nice event and great coverage- as usual.

 

I agree. With the TTs the visor is out of place. Hub caps and a visor? More better. One is a hot rod, one isn't. A visor on a hot rod is like a tuxedo on Usain Bolt. No, scratch that. Like a wearing feathers to a minister's funeral? No, that's not it, well, it's just not done. And lose the TT's and put on 200s.

My wife strongly pushes me toward increased coverage, especially after that unfortunate speedo event last summer.

Thanks buddy. I build what I like and I take pictures of the same. Pretty easy actually.

I think it because we have to cram it all in to three or four months every year when it is not raining. We spend the other 8 months building, detailing, drinking, bench racing, buying stuff and drinking. When it rains, it pours.

Dude! It was the very first picture of the post. But here it is again for your viewing enjoyment.

 

My pretty daughter sent me a pretty picture last night of what she said looked like a pretty nice car show up at very pretty Timberline Lodge on Mt Hood (6000 feet above sea level).

I told her that's no car show, that's an endurance rally! Right down to the uhaul at the end likely toting tools and parts.
How much fun would that be? Very pretty!

 

Well, dang! I stand corrected. I did not look close enough before inserting my foot into my mouth. Really, I did not know Nomads had the same badging as the Bel Air.
