Problems with EELCO, anybody ?

Hey guys

I passed an order that I paid on May 20th for a linkage and a few other bits... still no reply as from last week so I phoned to ask about my order... the reply was that some parts had to be machined so it was gonna be a bit late...

Fair enough, but an email to notify would have been appreciated.

It was gonna be posted out the following monday... still no news as yet...

And since then impossible to get them on the phone...

I'm in France and it's hard enough finding and getting stuff over to us in order to build and run these Hot Rods we've got, if over your way there isn't good enough service to help us we haven't got much hope...

Anyone else had issues with them ? I ordered there 'cause they have a seemingly good reputation...

I had the same problem a while back on some linkage pieces . I just had to keep calling finally got my parts . I know its a pain but it seems like what you have to do when ordering with Marty outside of Epay. Keep bugging him.Do a search lots of posts on her about eelco manufacturing . Good luckj

 

How is that clown still in business?

 

Service slow, product crappy (sent me pitted carbs) attitude worse.Never again.
