Problems with the text ending up after photos

What am I doing wrong? When I make a post with text and photos, the text ends up after the photos. I would like the text before the photos. Help.

Just edit the post,cut the text and paste it above the photo. HRP

 

I find if I move cursor a few lines below text before loading it will keep text above photo.

Watch where the doohickey (little flashing thing that shows where you are going to type) is when hit the insert photos button.
The pics will go where the doohickey is.
