Problems!

I’m having a small problem and don’t know how to fix it! I see every one else posting the smiling faces.... well when I do it, the smilies face comes up, but when I hit “ post” everything gets posted but the smile face. While this is a minor problem, it is useful for showing your intent on a post. Any help?
