Two weeks ago Kennedy started by welding nuts in my frame rails, boxing the rails, & installing front, center, & rear crossmembers. Last Thursday I made the trip to west TN so we could try to get it rolling. Two days of steady work made a lot of progress.

Kennedy's dad made good progress on George Poteet's '36 3wd chop while we worked on my RPU.

It was a very good weekend @ Kennedy's Hot Rod Shop.

Yeah, gotta get it ordered ASAP. Brookville offers one that is made for this cab. It looks like a Model A bed but is a touch larger.

it looks REALLY GOOOOD great progress!! i like those RP's.
i am undecided on your front spreader bar though, kinda looks like it was stuck & someone hooked a chain on the front bar & pulled. --- maybe chromed would be good?!

the 36 looks 'just right too' i dig those bones!

Everthing we build gets one of those spreader bars. ;)

I traded the Fordor body for this cab, a bed, a pair of bomber seats, & all my windshield parts.

The tank will be under the bed, behind the rear axle, & hidden.

    Danny,

I have one of CraftyB's fuel caps for it that will mount in the bed & connect to a fabricated fuel tank below. No stock tank for me. I bought the recess for this fuel lid but don't think I'm going to use it. I think I'm going to run the cap alone.

  21. Nice touch on the bones. I was looking at the 32 Trepanier built last night and mulling over the same treatment on that one.
