I'm finally getting **** done on the 32. Earlier this week I pinched, bobbed and kicked the front of the frame. Also got about half of the front suspension done.

I was having a bad day on Friday and nothing was going right. I figured I couldn't screw up sanding the primer off the 32 so I started on it. I finnished it off today. The areas that still have primer are getting replaced. The cowl has some real bad patches over what looks like cut outs for headers.

    Here's the pics

Here's a photoshop of what I want it to look like. Very low, chopped hard with a strong salt flat influence. It will get run in bare metal for this year and maybe paint next year.

Rocky...it had cheap laquer primer on it. It came off easy with a DA then cleaned it up with scotchbright and laquer thinner. I'm gonna blast the jams and hard to reach areas as soon as the weather breaks.

This is a really cool project! I always wanted a 5 window and it looks like your building it pretty much how I would like to.

The funny thing is that looks like how I wanted my roadster to sit but for some reason in that rendition, it looks a little belly-heavy.

I think it might look a little meaner and more all-business if it had a bit more rake. Keep the front where it is and rais the back and inch or so?

    Or am I nuts?

Kilroy ...there's a lot missing in the photoshop. Maybe it won't look saggy with the bones in place. Not sure about the rake in the pic. I'm not too good at photoshop.

Spike ...I was looking at a sheetmetal brake. I've got the ****s of using angle iron to bend stuff. Give me a couple of weeks to make some real progress and then come on by.

Slam...you should be ashamed of yourself! Does he have any more stuff to sell? :D

    Dirty....see you at the Showdown??

    Clark,
Car looks great, Ive always liked it when the front horns are tucked inside the grille shell, gives it a real smooth look, makes that front axle really stand out!

Thanks again for that special part!
