Looks like a productive weekend, and a major step towards getting it on the road.

Sorry I'm not picking on you or the car. Great work. I just prefer a FORD engine. The sbf has the dist. in the front

Thanks alot JJ! The Hussy was one of the cars I really wanted to see at the Round Up but somehow I missed it. I would love to check out your '54.

Thanks man. It's probably because it was hiding in the far corner of the barn most of Saturday.

As far as my '54 goes, it's sort of my wife's/family car that I am going to try to get running by the time we have our first child. So I would say I have about a year or longer right now....

I have 365 Cad V8 out of a '56 Eldo, Original front suspension (hopefully picking up this weekend), '53 Olds Rear, '51 Chevy rear window and surround, First series Caddy Sombreros etc. Pretty straight forward and nothing ground breaking but clean and tasteful. Imagine if the Sam Barris Merc was in fact a '54 Chevy and that's where I am going with it.

Best of luck with build and keep us updated!!!

Oh and who care's what engine you put in there. As long as the fucker runs how you want and you can maintain it properly that's what matters. Customs never cared what was under the hood, just as long as it looked and sounded cool.

You do know that the car is a 54 Chevy, not a 54 Ford eh?

Dude, it's a chevy in a chevy...you gotta be a dumbass to throw that out there for that....

    I mean really, you prefer a Ford engine? I couldn't tell 6t5frlane....

At least make a friggen point when you go spouting off....

dumbass (thats my point, that you are one)

Now instead of hijackin the thread....it's looking good....I miss mine a ton!

    I'm callin BULLSHIT.

Your still a dumbass. you remind me of the dude in highschool that pulled a prank and no one thought it was funny....
