progress on the R/PU

  1. I put together the cowl today new panels from howells tank off local.Pillar from shiney, rest from vondanno, looks good for a bunch of leftovers

    You do nice work. Like the look of the front end. Do you know what those seats are from?
     
  7. I found the seats at the flea mkt last week for $7 they are cast aluminum and look like they were cast from old plastic school seats

    I was gonna use old fiberglass seats from a reastaurant in my bucket but they were to tall. I looked like i was 8 ft 6 when I sat on them (had a base to hold electronics). Looks real good! [​IMG]

    Good Job. Looks like the cab subframe is a pretty decent platform for assembling the rest -- I aasume it's a stock subframe?. Do you have all the other cab panels yet?
     
  11. the sub frame is pieced out of like three other car`s it is a little long but works perfect I have all the rest of the panels but my doors are no good gonna buy some repop`s
     
  12. How bad are your old doors? Could you e-mail me some pics if you wanna sell them?
