Professionals are focused, they finish one thing at the time and go on to the next.
I'm Not / Neither...Just trying to get something done!
    - Tried to get the Sedan running so i could move the cherry picker...Nope!
    - Tight bends in a tubing roller ? No Bueno!
    Plan Ahead:
Surgery on Friday - Gall Bladder = easy peasy they say...never had surgery B4 + I'm a wimp.
So Dr. say "No Heavy work after Friday for 2 weeks"
Hmmm- Electrical is not Heavy...thinking of getting a sheet of plywood and
make the looms comfortably in the living room...

Gall Bladder surgery is no big deal, three small incisions , they inflate you and a camera goes in and the tool goes in. And they do it all on a monitor. Your nuts will be the size of g****fruits until the gas dissipate, the only side effect I had was gas pains. Good luck and I will say a prayer for you. Have a speedy recovery. Frank

Wires will com out on top - combo went / wire chase..connector on the outside.
If I have to replace the fuel pump I'll fish the wire out and splice 'em.

Upper Bracket / MSD 6AL mounting bracket = more space on mounting plate.

Decided to mount fuel pump outside tank.
    1. Couldn't figure out how to remove / replace pump when tank is welded up!
It barely fits through the hole...and you have to angle it to get the sending unit out.
    2. That pickup tube is probably not made for 40psi?...+ hose clamps...no bueno!

    20170422_195255 (Medium).jpg
Almost impossible to remove / replace sending unit with just the pickup sock.
The copper tubing will be the vent and it will be mounted on a small inspection hatch in the section where the sock and sending unit is....to guide it in place.

What a build thread! Just like I was there, thanks for all the pics and mentions of tools, etc.
Great fit of body to frame, total 'stance' is outstanding! Looks like my '27 tub is going to get my '27 roadster's Deuce rails after all.
You really stretched it out, looks like it's going fast just sitting there.

Love the MoPar drivetrain, I built most of a '24 'T' roadster for a friend, used a 340 Dodge ******* for everything, steering box included! Looked like your friend's 'T', except for wheels...

20170603_175115 (Medium).jpg The whole hoop will come down ~ 1.1/4"
20170603_175310 (Medium).jpg The top bar has a curve in it.....(not visible later)
20170603_175330 (Medium).jpg ..... It will be right at the edge of the seat pan for seat belts and tank straps,
Made a bracket for the rear bar that is bolted to the center spring bolt.
    20170603_175428 (Medium).jpg
Not even going to tack it until the naub hoop is welded to the brackets.
