How do you turn wheels /tires with the headlights so big, (that look so great ) WITHOUT tires hitting the headlights ?

verde...Headlights Doesn't turn...The Wheels does...And nothing is hitting.

Head Light bracket comes of with 4 bolts and 3 quick connectors..

 

I love the look,
but when I install huge headlights, (from early Cadillac)
the tires knocked them out of adjustment.

 

I was wondering about this car a couple weeks ago. Good to see you got it running!

Also need to mount - Seat Belts - Have already...
Need to get a "bolt on" Windshield Wiper - Temporary for now...
Need to Mount the Windshield ... again - below.
Need a functioning Speedo - Or maybe just a conversion Speedo cable?
Need DOT rear lights (have a set of LED w. DOT stamped on them)

Home made plate - it was available from C&C Honolulu so I just ordered it!

English/American = Bad Car

- needs a hair cut to fit windshield and brackets...

Windshield time again.
Aluminum Stanchions = Shiny...(needs a Hair Cut) Should polish up nice after.
Old "painted" Stanchions was shorted but the home made bases was UGLY.

Forgot where i got these...needed lotso of tuning to fit.
Bottom angle was way off...

Weld.

The piece under the windshield is cut, chopped, flattened and curved back to fit the Windshield at this angle.

 

Windshield Wiper - 1 of 8 Requirements for Hot Rod Registration!

Tacked on (looks silly) - will be replace with cable driven wiper later.
Seat Belts are another...Done!
Rear view mirror - Not a requirement but a Good idea to see Anything behind that butt.


Stanchions will be ground and polished later...

UPDATE!

- Got a new VIN...
- Tried to get to my Registration in Town...Sticky front calipers.
- Doing some "adjusting" to the Hilborn - Likes to back fire and send the filters screens in to Orbit.
- Those Exhaust extensions comes of with 2 bolts...makes a difference.

90/10 Conundrum

Update - Still driving/testing without Registration - Weather's getting better this week.
1. Dragging front brakes...(noticed on longer drives)
Held the engine back - trying to base tune...
Made a foot rest for my left foot!
Bleeding & Fine tuning the Break Rod length.......
I might change to a smaller 15/16 or 7/8 master? for some more power.ooik

2 Death Wobble
Front Cross leaf with no shocks = death wobble!
(Add dragging front brakes to it)
Finished the Shocks!
They don't make Shorty / Same Side Dog Bones.
Cut / Flipped / Welded
Shackle brackets from two Old Break Pedals

Easy to adjust.

after "a Couple of" Testing / Adjustments...right on!
Still running lean when getting hot.

Idiot mounts the "thermometer" that adjusts the Carburetor on fire wall...
