    Well with carb being all funky all I've been doing is body work and painting it primer grey when said bodywork was done

    Thinking of a 2 lane style moredoor... Because I don't care enough to find a 2dr and I bet mine will be lighter in the end(I've driven some scary crap so cutting this super light won't scare me)

    God I suck at this thread- but...... I Has Updates!!! lol excuse shitty cell pics

    Cam was flat- like 3 exhaust lobes an a intake lob or two hahahaha shitty

    So all new gaskets, oil flushes like crazy and a lunati cam/lifter kit made this

    Cleaned up my interior a bit, makes driving it now a lot nicer! And since I have all her problems more or less figured out I'm not ditching her... Which means paint and more parts!!! Get paid monday to so let the fun begin hahahaha

    Best thing I've learned... 350ci and a spool tied together with a 5spd is funnnn

    Thanks guys, since its staying this week it get lowered and painted, little odds and ends(new steering wheel, harness bar and harness etc(


    Still can't decide on gasser for sure so cutting springs up front and rocking stink bug

    I mean its not the fastest thing I've driven, but its getting there

    Still running lean, and no matter how much advance its gotten- It won't ping or make the starter strain.. Motor doesn't even run warm

    Why can't I tune anymore? My 396 was a cake walk and I was 15... Now I'm almost 23 and a mild 350ci is besting me hahahahaha I suck

    So with the bodywork being sorted out(sooooo much sanding I want to die) I'm becoming more and more undecided on what route I want to take the car..

    What I'd like to do

    A. 80's prostreet style(face down ass up, nitrous,redo interior, HUGE rear meats with skinnys up front nice deep looking paintjob maybe upgrade some stuff like brakes or steering)

    B. Gasser.. An to me that's as light as possible, lexan, fenderwells, high revving n/a small block and basicially no interior except for essentials

    Polar freaking opposites :( I like the prostreet idea because let's be honest.. Its a 4dr, if i was back then I'd of sought out a 2dr and made a gasser out of that. I know I could get it light enough where the extra doors wouldn't matter but at what expense? I love raw as hell drivers car feelI don't want to cut it up to much a bunch and not be happy once I'm done..and don't want to shorten it or anything like most say to do....

    Want Racecar! .. Or 11's from it as my daily.. So hard to ask for?

    Deff. needs to be a gasser! 4 doors and pro-street just don't quite look right, but 4 door gassers look fine in my book!

  11. What heads do you have on that thing? I can see dished pistons in that one pic, and with 76cc heads, you will have around 8.2:1 compression. Might be why you are having a hard time getting it to ping....

    I'd have to cc them myself as I don't believe the guy I bought it from about anything, but I'm sure there old 2.02 heads or have had 2.02 valves installed but I'd believe the former over the latter.
