The "Moon" tank was a Speedway knock off. It was mounted like two feet in front of the car. I traded it for valve covers from Frank and Carrol ( The Chrome-It folks) Funny thing is that I had always wanted a car with a moon tank up front, but once I got this car, it didn't look good at all. Just didn't belong there. Looks way better without it (I think) If I can find someone to take the picture (I'll even supply the camera and set it up) I would love to have the car smokin' em up! Spike
I found a few Caddy caps and an old Merc cap, plus a '56 Olds cap. don't have a matching set as of yet. I was toying with the idea though. I'm at least going to have trim rings. Maybe bullets for the centers? I kinda like em plain too.. something to play with. Now.. anyone need some 15x10" aluminum slots in a Ford pattern? How about 15x6"? The Mickey T's come with the 15x10's... Spike
I am still trying to get the info on the motor for you. The guy who build the motor said he keeps records on all the stuff he does. I didn't forget about it.

You've been teaching him the trade. I think he's ready. (besides, if his "gay" old man can do it, how hard can it be??)
Tell ya what Spike. Since you're the pro pic taker, I'll smoke em up for you and let you take the pics! Come up to South Butler this weekend. We'll get lots of smokin pics!
