Project "Victoria" Update #4

Well, Im coming down to the wire here. With the show now only a week away, It looks like everything is coming together.

I put paint on the car (with which we need to add more to the body) and re-assembly is in progress.

The dash I 2-toned along with the steering wheel to match. Little accents are being added for a nice touch.

Here we go...enjoy!

To back up, I started to wet sand the car, repaired a bunch of cracks in the steering wheel, and got the column ready to paint.

Dirt told me to look this post up last night. Man, what a transformation. Chopped- real awesome work. Any chance I can have a consult regarding body work needed on my ride? It would be hard to give that ride to my wife if it was mine.

 

well the car was mine for about 4-5 years then i bought her a 50 chrysler. my buddy full_kustom_culture_rodz wanted to sell his 54 stude pickup and i had to have it. so i told her i'd either sell my ford or her chrysler so i sold the chrysler to hellboudgasser and she took over my ford. its ok, i still get to work on it and drive it.

 

damn! thats lookin sick! makes me sad that i had to get rid of mine. but glad some of my parts are on yours! lol! love the color,and keep up the good work!

Finally saw it Tuesday..Real Bitchin work. The grill looks good, very intuative and creative.

here is what it looks like now. it will get one more coat of paint then a clear coat in the near future. the dash has aleady been cleared. chopped50ford did a hell of a job on it.

I like the 2 tone dash

 

you have to see it in person. The colors are cool.

the white is a super white w/ white pearl mixed in. The copper is a copper w/ copper pearl.

Bezels are painted to match.

I really like it.
