Now we have been cutting up the Old Escort again. As u can see we have removed a little piece of the floor to fit the engine and tranny.




We also had to mock up the engine and tranny. Sorry about those crappy pics?

PS" We also neeed Sponsor of an Ruppeti-Rupp camshaft. It dont have to be new one but a workable for the 350 Chevy with around 480-490 lift. We will pay for the shipping tough "DS

you ain't got no room for induction man ! Are you going to cut the cowl top and windsheild out for it to poke through ?

 

We will cut a little in the Cowl top but we wont need to cut into the windshild i hope...B-)

 

Have fun working on it with that setback! The bonus is you'll probably be able to tune the carb from the drivers seat.

U are properbly right! But what the hell we are Swedes and we are kind of Crazy and we LOVE it!!!!

 

Looks great. myself I would move the engine ahead till the front of the block is in the centerline of the front wheels. This will be good for alot of things. one the room and the carb would be out where it can have a scoop and also it will make it better to drive at hi speed. The front of these little cars get light on take off and with all the weight out back she might get a bit giggy at the top end. Love this post.Keep the pics coming regardless of how bad they are.

 

We just want to make some wheelies with it...;-}

I'm pretty sure I've got one that will work for ya's! Actually, I've got a couple cams, one that's a roller cam and one that's a flat-tappet. Which one would you rather have?
