in my intro i said i'd post these once i got a camera so here you go. 29 sedan shortened 26 in. kinda like a longer modified,59 pontiac 389 w/th400 trans, home made frame 6.5 kick up in front 18 in back, fully adjustable suicide front that i copied of the old l****ns ***mins car figure i'm about 40-50% done right now

 

this is my daily 51 sub 350/700r4 nova clip runs great just looks like **** and is pretty damn cold in the mornings without the windows

 

I like em both! I had a 389 in my first car, a 66 Bonniville. Great motors.

Wow. That long kick up on your A looks pretty intense. Do you anticipate that being a weak point?

 

no its got a gusset inside the frame. the frame was also pie cut so only three sides had to be welded. also at all the seams there is an intersecting crossmember.the car is also going to be equipped with a full perimiter cage inside the body that that will be spec'd tubing, the part that goes above the drivers head will be removable so its more comfy on the street. i learned all this through some of the best frame makers/ landspeed racers out there so i think it should hold up, hopefully
