Proper posting place

Fairly new to the board here and I dont wanna get my *** grilled for posting in the wrong place. I need a room on the Queen Mary for the Ink & Iron on 6/8-9 and they are all sold out. Generally there some cancellations but they (QM) wont have a waiting list. So I would be posting to take over someones cancellation if they feel they need to cancell. So where is the proper place to post this?
