I am a welding instructor from San Diego and My Dad and I are in the middle of a frame off '29 ford roadster pick up project. He was a Prowler (long standing club here in So Cal) back in the fifties and is now getting back into it after years of telling me "one of these days". Well the day is here and I am 40, and he is 75. He is well conected in the hot rodding crowd but hasn't done a project of his own since college years. I am trying to teach him the fun new way of networking on fourms such as this one. You will probably see him pop up soon under the user name Jimbob53, this is his first time on a fourm but he is willing to learn. I don't have many pic of the progress, but dad does, I'll have to teach him how to upload as well but here's what we are working with Since these pics we have sandblasted the frame in prep for boxing it and finnished the trailing arms rear suspension and the Dutchman quick change rear end. It has been a fun project for us. I am doing another '69 chevy C20 at my house so finding the time to get together and weld is chalenging. Looking forward to making new friends and sharing our experiences. Mike
