Pulled my '62 DeVille out of the "Field of Dreams"

    Thanks guys! ill be out there today starting work on it. My headlight rim didnt fit but thats okay. Ill be sure to bring the camera with me an get some more in depth pics!

    This is a very good thought for first-timer's to keep in mind. Today's television shows and video games give one the impression that ANYTHING can be accomplished in just 60 minutes. Not even close to being true!

    Take your time, ask lots of questions...and when you screw up - and you will! - just **** it up, take it apart and do it again - right this time.

    Most important of all, enjoy yourself. This is a hobby, not a job. It's okay to have a great time doing it!

    So, where in Idaho are you located?
    There are a few of us that are going to the swapmeet in Boise this weekend at Firebird Raceway. We are meeting early at 7:30-ish at the Star Cafe for breakfast saturday, come and have a cup of coffee and then go scrounging for caddy parts!!

    mmm. . . I have the hots for the 61 and 62's something fierce. There is a baby blue 62 in the storage yard i park my work tuck at, makes me smile every morning when I see it.

    Wow! your the coolest! I've got a short list will PM You. That darn head light door I got from a '61 didn't fit . . . You need it? I'll swap you for a '62 if you got one!

    I'm gonna try to be there . . . that place is going to be sooo packed! But . . . my prom is on Saturday . . . gonna be tight fitting everything in :(

    i have no idea! that hadnt occured to me yet. lol well......im gonna have a chrome poodle hood ornament....... (my poodles name is Alexander The Great) he stands at my hip. any ideas? It kinda seems like its got a pimp at***ude going on.....:cool:
