Technical Pullmax Adapter 19mm shank to P21 / 22mm shank

First, just wanted to say Hello. I have not been on here for a very long time I think I am trying to get away from other online things and back to The Hamb more, had enough of...
I want to be able to use 19mm shank tooling in a P21 which takes 22mm tooling. So I need a collet that will fit into a P21 tool holder that will fit a 19mm shank, not the 22 mm shank as it normally set to do, or a super thin adapter which I don't know if could work etc..... Also looking for a lower offset tool holder for a P21 on another note.
Does anyone make a collet or sort of adapter that will allow 19mm tooling for a Pullmax to be used in a larger toolholder / collet for a larger Pullmax? Need to be able to use 19mm in a collet that would fit a 22mm shank. Maybe someone who makes collets can make an adapter or a collet that will do this? I thought someone sold something like this at some point? Thoughts? Thanks!!!!
