purple people eater knock offs?

I'm going in the opposite direction, I'm building a Crosley engined 1975 Cadillac Coupe De Ville.

 

not to **** in, but now that we've dibated this great car again, i still have one question- has anyone been so inspirred by it that they've built somthing similar?

 

With a ******** gas pedal?

Every single car from "back in the day", as it goes, played an integral part of where we are today, whether you like the car or not is of no co-incedence. One guy likes the idea, he builds it. Everyone says....uh, cool....and walks away. 25 years later, it turns up in a barn somewhere and everybody flips out for it. Flip side? One guy gets and idea, he builds it. Everyone says....uh cool man, really cool.....they drool, Monogram calls and wants to make a model of it, Mattel calls and wants to make a die cast of it.

It all comes down to a very simple equation......idea=hot rod. <<<<that's a period at the end up there and it means PERIOD. Who gives a Rat Finks fart if you like it or not, it's still an important part of who we are.
