Technical QCS quick change help needed

I found a quick change and it came with no carrier. It has QCS on the case.I have not been able to find any info on it at all. I was told that model a axle housings will fit but have not tried one yet. I am missing gears, axles and carrier. I think it's an old midget racer rear. It looks like it takes a torque tube. Can anyone help me find info on this peice?
