Hot Rods Quality Restoration steering wheels

Any body had a wheel done by this company? Seems like total pain in the *** to deal with. Answer's the phone with a HARD hello, doesn't want to identify who I'm talking to or the company name. Explained who I was, what I was looking for and flat out refused the job. Just looking for a white plastic banjo wheel that splined with a keyway. Un****in real!!!!
