Question for the '38 Deluxe experts -front sheet metal

The situation is this: I have all the front sheet metal - in pieces and no harware. That's how I got it along with a bare frame. ( I have ordered the harware and grommets etc,)

My questions are:
1. Is there a specific way to ***emble all this properly, as in what goes where?
2. Do I ***emble the sheetmetal as a unit (grille, inner fenders, fenders) then fit to the body/ch***is, or ***emble it piece by piece on the ch***is?


Pictures would be a huge help.
