    Hi guys and gals,
I recently bought a Frankland QC with what appears to be a Detroit Locker inside. I am trying to find out who made it. The Eaton (currently make Detroit Lockers) tech guys say they don't recognize it but it may be just before their time. No numbers or name that I can find on it. Anyone know about various lockers/lsd units? It has 12 spline axles and the QC was built in 1971. Photo attached.
    Thanks!

I think the Frankland can use the carrier from an early fifties 3/4 ton rearend, so it is possible that the locker could have been made much earlier than 1971.

If you are looking to convert the 12 spline to the newer 31 spline, let me know because I might be able to arrange a swap of a complete 31 spline locker for the 12 spline unit.

Thanks for the replies. Don't know why my photo didn't work. Will try again on this one. Right size and jpg, so I dunno.
I want to hang onto the 12-spline axles since they work with the old Frankland drum brake hubs I am using (plus I already have them).
