    1. They are based on the 1932-1948 Ford Banjo rear end, right?

    2. Besides the ones that you built yourself out of several banjo center section there were cut and welded up to make a quick change center (or like the Wilson Welding ones), what other quick change center sections will bolt right up to the stock Ford axle housing bells? Franklin, Halibrand, Winters?

    3. Since the change gears are straight tooth spurs gear, are they obnoxiously loud when running on the street like the loud whine from a noisy camshaft gear drive?

    4. Will the 6 spline yokes for the others like Franklin fit directly onto the Ford pinion to make an open drive?

    5. Can you use any of the aftermarket traction lock units (or ring gear carriers) in place of the stock Ford non locking carrier?

    Thanks,
    Roger

Quickchange center sections are available for various types of rear ends. Halibrand, Rodsville,Cyclone and Winters are a few that offer the V8 type for early Ford housings. These units are available in both closed and open drivelines. The larger Champ rear end can be used with early housings if you use the adapters.

Differentials are available from Winters and others for these units. You can use truck open units in place of the car closed units. The Hot Rod Works can supply you all the parts and information you need.
