   Deere boy

   I need to paint a stainless steel fuel tank like the one in the link. Never painted over stainless before, anything special I need to do to get it to stick? Cover coat will be a Dupont ful-thane.

   clean, sand and paint as normal
   use a quality epoxy or self etching product under it

   I'm not sure SS will react with self etch primers check with your jobber.
