I am looking at finding a set of these chrome caps for a Ford. Does anyone know what they are called and does anyone know of a vendor who might have them? Thanks

They're called spider caps. I can't think of a vendor but I know they're sold in quite a few places.

Check the speedway catalog, I think I saw them there.

  5. Wheel Vintiques, Speedy Bill, Wheel Smith, Wheel Specialties, I know I've seen them in two or three places when I was lookin for rims,,,,, I mean wheels for mine. You can always tell the younger guys, when I was growing up in the 50s and early 60s it seemed everyone called em rims, you know " hey Bob , I like your new rims". He's right though, they are wheels, the rim is a part of the wheel. Among other things.

I ordered a full set of the spider caps from hub cap mikes. I found a set of chrome beauty rings here locally so as soon as they come in she should be a happy girl
