Hot Rods Quick time 750cfm vs carb setup

Hi picked up a new Quick time 750VS carb yesterday.
I spent some time checking out different sites and opinions and guestimates to carb size etc.
After reading the 7 carb shoot out test in a popular hot rod mag I thought I'd go with this one. My existing carb is a Holley 750 with manual choke but tired old and not really working so well. Throttle shafts are leaking air and so i keep getting weird vacuum readings and I'm not really up to to trying to fix it.
Has anyone setup A QFT 750VS carb? Its going on my 383sbc. its got Brodix Dragonslayer heads bout 195+cc runners 2.02s 1.94s performer cam lift under 1/2 inch performer intake hooker headers.
