I was proud to count Bob as a friend for the last 25 years. We shared an interest in all things collectible and he had a keen eye for what was cool. We have lost another unique personality who was a player in our chrome plated carnival. God bless you Marcia for standing by your man through all the tough times. We are losing too many good folks way too soon. God Speed Bob. Jerry and Mary Ann

I first met Bob back in 1982 at the NESRO run in Wallingford, CT. I think he had his chopped and flamed 56 F100 at the meet. I remember thinking what a beautiful truck and what a nice guy the owner was
! The rodding community has lost a true Hot Rodder and a gentleman. My condolences to his family and friends.

A sad time for all of us who knew Bob. I first met Bob in 1979 when I was working in Boston. He was helpful to me in my building projects. I kept in touch with him over the years and saw him at the GNRS a couple of years ago. I will miss one of the real good guys in the hobby.

    My condolences to the family.

I first met Bob in the mid 70's when we each had a chopped black 32 sedan, his was always much nicer than mine. I always looked forward to his next 32 project, he was the king of 32's. Bob was always helpfull to anyone that asked a question or for help.

Bob will be missed by us all, Condolences to his family.

Nine of us started New England Street Rodders in 1973, Bob
was the spark plug. Jim Darby joined later, a real young happy
kid. A streaker. Jim bought a 40 coupe and decided to make it
real nice, like Bob's cars and take it to the Detroit Autorama.
He got it about half done, mostly at Bob's shop, but died way
too young. Bob made sure the car was finished to Jim's
expectations. I went along to Detroit in 2010, the car took
    first in cl***.
    Bob was the man.
Help somebody out soon. Give them a lift. Tell them Bob sent you.
